What you're getting

A closed AI operating system installed on your Mac Studio M5. Three "CEO" agents — one for Shred with Jed, one for FFF Dog Wellness, one for Floor Cleaning Authority — each with its own voice, memory, and mission. They run on your machine. Your data never leaves it except to the business APIs you choose (Shopify, Plaud, Canva, socials).

You'll get a Mission Control dashboard on your laptop and an approval bot on your phone. Every post, every email, every product page draft goes through your "thumbs up" before it goes live. For 60 days minimum.

What's different from the Upwork experience

Fixed price per phase, not hourly. Each phase has a written acceptance test — you sign off when you can demonstrate it works, not when I say it's done. If a phase doesn't pass, you don't pay the back half until it does.

$2,250/month covers:

30-day cancellation, no contract lock.

What's not included (so we don't surprise you later): new venture onboarding (each = its own scope), Shopify store design, paid ads, third-party subscriptions you already pay for (Canva, Plaud, etc.).

The "deep learning" period you asked for

Built into Phase 2 + Phase 3. Your CEOs spend their first 14–30 days learning your voice from your Plaud transcripts and analyzing the top 20 competitors per vertical before they post anything. You see sample outputs and confirm they sound like you on your best day. Only then does the approval queue open.

Payment

50% deposit when each phase kicks off, 50% on signed acceptance test. Retainer billed first of each month.
