Agentic OS — The One-Page Boundary Card
Version 1.0 · 2026-07-09 · AI Automation. A one-page summary. The full detail is in the Onboarding Playbook and the Master Terms & Client Acknowledgment, which control.
What we do
We build and operate the Agentic OS platform for you. It stays live, your integrations stay connected, and the components we built keep working. That's the deliverable, and we stand behind it.
What we don't do
We don't teach, coach, or train on the products we didn't build — the agent platform, the agent runtime, the local models, AI agents in general, task-writing, social or go-to-market strategy, or best practices in any domain outside the platform's operation. We're your platform operator, not a business or AI-literacy coach.
We're also not responsible for third-party AI changes — when a model provider changes behavior, deprecates a feature, or ships a new version, that's outside our control.
Changes cost extra
Monthly licensing and support keep what you have running. Any change, removal, upgrade, or update to the platform is new work — billed per project, 50% upfront / 50% on delivery, starting only after a written scope and deposit.
The three things to remember
- Your website comes first. The platform needs something to run against. Nothing downstream matters until your core sales asset is live.
- A platform is not a business. This puts you far ahead of starting from scratch — but it doesn't create demand or replace a real business plan. Deciding what's worth doing is still yours.
- Marketing is not optional. Once you're live, getting heard is one of the most crucial parts. A great product no one hears about doesn't sell itself — agents or not.
Who owns which question
| You ask us | You learn elsewhere |
|---|---|
| "How does this feature work?" | "How do I write a good agent task?" |
| "Is my integration connected?" | "What should my marketing strategy be?" |
| "Something looks broken." | "How do I run this business?" |
Tip: the chat inside your own dashboard is a live AI conversation — you can ask it to explain itself.
